Your New Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of a brand celebrated for its heritage in watchmaking and the first point of contact for customers, providing your in depth product knowledge and tailored solutions, Your duties will include:
- Provide 5 star support to customers via phone and email
- Assist the Sales team with complex enquiries
- Professionally defuse escalations and complaints
- Maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Liaise with watch makers and technicians to solve product issues

About You
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service / Call Centre experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold Citizenship / Residency / visa with unlimited work restrictions
