This is an opportunity to use your high-level customer service skills to support teachers and corporate staff with essential finance, HR, and technical system queries. High-level customer service experience is highly regarded—contact centre background is a plus, but we welcome diverse skill sets!

đź’Ľ The Role: Your Day-to-Day
You will be the first point of contact, delivering high-quality service and initial advice on finance, HR, and technical systems to our customers (school and corporate staff).
Key Functions:
Handle a high volume of customer enquiries promptly and courteously.
Accurately record and maintain customer enquiry data in a management system.
Use multiple technology platforms and databases with confidence.
Adhere to Contact Centre KPIs and maintain current knowledge of policies and processes.
Display resilience, accountability, and a strong commitment to customer service.
⏰ Working Details (Non-Negotiable)
Hours: 7 hours per day (35 hours per week).
Roster: Rotational shifts of 7.5 hours (including unpaid lunch break) between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Location: Rotational working from an office in Wollongong, and home, as directed.
Christmas & New Year Shutdown Bonus! Enjoy extended breaks: December 22-29, 2025 (inclusive); January 1, 2026; and January 5-14, 2026 (inclusive). Limited work days on Dec 30 & 31, Jan 2, and back to normal from Jan 15.
âś… Essential Requirements & Application Process
Ability to work the full rotational roster (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri).
Ability to successfully pass a Police Check and 2 x reference checks.
Typing Test: Please conduct an Alphanumerical Typing Test and attach your results to your CV.
Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute video-conference interview.
During the interview, you will complete an online work sample (no preparation required).
Candidates are expected to come prepared in professional attire.
