• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Location: Working onsite in Truganina

You will be responsible for:

• Order Management: Accurately processing customer orders, credits, and invoices within the PRMS system.
• Enquiry Resolution: Handling incoming calls and emails to resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitoring stock levels, managing shortages, and coordinating replenishment orders.
• Sales & Admin Support: Assisting the sales team with deal sheets, pricing updates, and general database maintenance.
• Supplier Liaison: Managing third-party supplier KPIs and monitoring service levels to ensure timely delivery.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Communication: Polite, friendly, and professional phone manners.
• Experience: Previous background in customer service and administration; PRMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with high attention to detail.
• Attributes: A proactive, organized approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn the product range to provide confident advice to customers.
