Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Working onsite

You will be responsible for:

• Receiving and responding to all customer enquiries via phone and email
• Creating and rescheduling of jobs
• Accurately entering orders for various flooring types (timber, laminate, vinyl, carpet, or tile) into the CRM system
• Monitoring purchase orders
• Checking of inventory levels & stock
• Maintaining customer and equipment details within the internal database
• Assisting trade customers with pricing tiers, credit limit inquiries, and invoice discrepancies
• Tracking of jobs and following up on quotes

• The ability to build strong rapport with customers

• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
