What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries (phone, email, in person)
Provide helpful, accurate information and support
Process transactions, update records, and complete general admin tasks
Jump in to assist teams across different departments as needed
Deliver friendly, professional service at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
Confident communicator with a positive, helpful attitude
Able to adapt quickly to new systems and software packages
Reliable and available on short notice for casual shifts (2–4 days/week as required)

Competitive hourly pay: $40 per hour + super
