... About the role:
As the customer service coordinator you will provide support to a range of customers in the defence and engineering industry. Working in a small team you will be responding to customer requests for quotations, the processing of orders for spare parts, repair and upgrade services, the management of warranty and associated administration requirements and be the principal point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Point of Contact for in-service customer requests
- Timely response to customer requests. This will include the monitoring and action of customer communication channels (ie email groups)
- Maintenance of Customer Price Lists.
- Processing of RFQs, Orders, RMAs and other customer requests.
- Monitoring, management and reporting on Warranty activities and costs.
About You:
You will be a confident and experienced customer service professional with a keen eye for detail and have excellent MS Office skills, particularly excel. You will be passionate about providing timely and accurate information to customers and be able to take ownership of ensuring the internal and external communication flows smoothly.

- Process and Detail oriented.
- Capable of interrogating finance and PLM systems, or ability to learn.
- Strong capabilities with commercials - pricing etc
- Ability to develop understanding of technical parts
- Proactive and professional customer engagement skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- Recognised qualification in appropriate field of study
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Experience in costing/pricing programs (desirable)
This is a full time permanent position where due to the nature of the role there is the requirement for you to work from the office Monday - Friday.
Australian citizenship is essential in order to be eligible for Defence clearances!
