Your skills & experience:

• A minimum of 3 months in a call center environment or at least 12 months in a customer service role.
• Exceptional communication abilities and customer-centric mindset
• High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Quick Learner, open to learning new skills, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
