About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a team known for excellence and innovation. As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective solutions. Be a Problem Solver: You'll handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, web, and email, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact.
Collaborate and Support: You will assist the operations team in resolving any service delivery delays or issues.
Maintain Excellence: You'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of critical customer data.

About You:
