The Role
As an Expert, you’ll join a collaborative team, gaining universal knowledge of all products to provide personalised technical and service solutions. You'll use various communication mediums, take ownership of customer issues, and deliver outstanding experiences. You’ll be managing high-volume inbound calls, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail, resilience, and commitment to teamwork will be essential for success.
Your Day-to-Day
- Handle inbound interactions (service, technical support)
- Communicate effectively via digital platforms and voice calls
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and appropriately
- Promote products and services
- Identify and recommend solutions to enhance customer loyalty
