About your new role
You will play a key role in coordinating our Employee Opinion Survey, managing everything from its setup to communication plans, driving participation, and translating insights into meaningful actions. Additionally, you will oversee key compliance-based training programs, such as first aid, ensuring essential knowledge is effectively delivered.
What you will need
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of engagement and/or cultural surveys
- Relevant tertiary or experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of leadership programs
- Experience in developing systems and processes to support cultural change
- Project management and facilitation skills
