Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain crushing equipment within the quarry to ensure optimum performance and safety.

Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of crushing machinery.
Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with repairs as necessary.
Monitor plant operations and report on any issues or inefficiencies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience operating crushing plants in a quarry environment.
- Must be able to pass a full medical (inclusive of DAS, Spiro, Chest X-Ray).
- Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must reside in the Townsville region or be willing to relocate.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures within quarrying environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with mobile crushers or other heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of plant maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
