About you:
- 2 years experience in full functions credit role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with computer systems and a knack for managing data.
- A proactive and flexible approach to your work.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be the central point for a portfolio of customer accounts, responsible for:
- Overseeing the complete life cycle of accounts, including new applications, monitoring, and debt collection.
- Conducting credit checks and assessments to ensure all applications meet our credit policy requirements.
- Reconciling customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage claims and disputes.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and files in line with audit and insurance requirements.
