Cost Accountant | Supply Chain Analyst (Hybrid Role)
We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced business as a Cost Accountant with a strong focus on supply chain analysis and demand planning. This role blends commercial finance, product costing, and supply chain optimisation to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and monthly management updates.
Allocate and track manufacturing, freight, and landed costs; maintain accurate COGS and standard costs.
Conduct variance, margin, and profitability analysis to support pricing and cost-saving initiatives.
Forecast demand and optimise inventory using Netstock or similar tools.
Liaise with suppliers to manage costs, lead times, and product quality.
Oversee inventory reporting, export processes, and supply chain improvements.
Provide occasional support to finance and admin teams as needed.
About You
- Background in cost accounting with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a product-based business.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Confident working across costing, forecasting, inventory, and supplier management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on, cross-functional role.
- Experience with inventory or demand planning systems (e.g. Netstock) is a bonus.
