The Opportunity
Are you a polished professional looking for a consistent, high-energy temp role? We are currently representing a leading ASX-listed financial services firm based in the heart of Parramatta.
They are seeking a sophisticated and proactive Corporate Receptionist to manage their front-of-house operations for a three-month period. This is an excellent opportunity to align yourself with a prestigious brand known for its professional culture and modern workspace.
Your Key Responsibilities
As the face of the office, you will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for all clients and stakeholders.
Front of House: Greeting guests warmly and managing the visitor sign-in process.
Switchboard Management: Handling a high volume of incoming calls and directing them efficiently.
Meeting Room Coordination: Managing bookings, ensuring rooms are "client-ready," and assisting with basic catering setups.
Mail & Couriers: Sorting daily mail and coordinating outgoing shipments.
Office Support: Assisting the broader team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
What You Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you must be reliable, punctual, and possess a high level of professional presentation.
Proven Experience: Prior experience in a corporate reception or high-end concierge role is essential.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word).
Availability: You must be available for the full 3-month duration starting Friday 20th March.
