Contracts Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves keeping projects on track and compliant? Join a leading organisation in the heart of the CBD and play a pivotal role in their contract and fleet management operations.
The Opportunity
I am seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment with one of our large clients. Supporting a team of Contract Managers, you will be the "engine room" of the department, ensuring everything from high-level legal agreements to fleet logistics runs like clockwork.
Your Impact
In this role, you won't just be filing papers; you'll be the gatekeeper of compliance and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contract Life cycle Management: Drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts and amendments while maintaining standard templates and clauses.
- Compliance & Risk: Monitoring agreements for potential breaches, ensuring alignment with procurement and finance standards, and escalating risks before they become problems.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining up-to-date contract registers, tracking renewals/variations, and ensuring the team is always "audit-ready."
- Fleet & Transport Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for fleet lease management—handling everything from quotations and registration to servicing and invoicing.
- Reporting: Preparing insightful analysis and documentation to help Contract Managers make data-driven decisions.
What You Bring
To be successful in this fast-paced CBD environment, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar support role.
- High attention to detail and the ability to spot a missing clause or a compliance risk at a glance.
- Strong financial literacy to manage invoicing and transport service reporting.
- Top-tier organisational skills to manage fleet leases alongside complex contract registries.
