The company concentrates on a variety of significant projects, particularly in the residential sector. A key focus has been a large-scale, two-tower apartment development, which also includes a substantial retail precinct. This project is intended to be a landmark in a major coastal city, featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with high-end amenities. Their team has a long-standing history of delivering major projects in the region, including iconic residential towers.
As our client is continuing to grow, they are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success.
The Role
- A Contracts Administrator to join a team
- Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
- Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
- Monthly budget management and reporting
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
- Proven experience in the tier 1/2 space delivering apartments or towers for the head contractor
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
