As our client is continuing to grow, they are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success.

The Role

A Contracts Administrator to join a team
Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
Monthly budget management and reporting

Experience/Qualifications Required

Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
Proven experience in the tier 1/2 space delivering apartments or towers for the head contractor
An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
