About your new role
The Continuous Improvement Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive health and safety change management plans to support the adoption of practices and procedures across the College.
What you will need to exceed
... - Apply advanced change models (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) tailored for complex technical/academic settings.
- Develop risk registers that anticipate and mitigate structural and capability gaps proactively.
- Successfully navigate institutional complexity, building strong cross-level relationships to ensure supported and practical future-state adoption.
- Demonstrate documented success delivering multi-year structural and cultural change projects in a large technical/STEM environment.
- Proactively influence and drive the adoption of new practices, ensuring high institutional buy-in.
Must have
- Demonstrated experience in change management practices and processes
- Experience working within large, complex environments
