About the Role:
As a Construction Labourer, your responsibilities will include:
Performing a variety of site duties, including manual handling, site clean-up, and preparation.
Assisting qualified tradespeople with project tasks.
Operating basic hand and power tools.
Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all your work.
Collaborating effectively with team members and site supervisors.
About the Opportunity:
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work consistent, full-time hours on key projects across the North West Coast of Tassie. You'll be rewarded with a top-tier casual pay rate (as advertised) and superannuation. While this is a casual position, it offers stability, variety, and the potential for ongoing work for reliable and high-performing candidates.
To Be Considered:
We're looking for Labourers who meet the following criteria:
Valid White Card (Essential).
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (Essential).
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
Previous experience in the construction industry (commercial or residential) is highly desirable.
A proactive, practical, and hands-on approach to your work.
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow site directions.
Any additional tickets (e.g. EWP, Working at Heights) are desirable but not essential.
