As a Community Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in executing a major community campaign. Your responsibilities will include developing engaging content, coordinating community events, and implementing innovative strategies to encourage resident participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare e-newsletters, promotional materials, and campaign collateral.
- Schedule and facilitate community events such as Pop-Up engagement sessions.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies to sign residents up for the campaign.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies and tactics, including managing online services.
- Support the implementation of community engagement plans and activities.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and customer engagement.
- Conduct research and support various projects.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or managers.
- Provide relief coverage for other staff as required.
- Rotate between different functions within the business unit.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone and online platforms.
- Manage information and customer systems efficiently.
