Your New Role
Working closely with the Head of Client Relations & Marketing and regional Hub Leaders, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our strategic communication strategies. This position offers a perfect blend of external brand building and internal stakeholder collaboration. You will be responsible for promoting the firm across multiple platforms, driving thought leadership, and nurturing key relationships.

- Content & Thought Leadership: Identify and create external news articles, commercial guides, and thought leadership pieces that highlight our team's technical expertise.
- Digital Media & Analytics: Update and maintain engaging website content and execute targeted social media campaigns, utilising digital analytical tools to track and report on performance.
- Collateral Design: Collaborate with our Senior Graphic Designer to produce high-quality marketing collateral, brochures, capability statements, and reports using Canva and InDesign.
- Awards Programs: Lead the end-to-end submission process for major industry awards, ensuring all our interstate offices are strongly represented.
- Business Reporting: Coordinate and deliver comprehensive quarterly business reports by working alongside internal subject matter experts.
- Team Mentorship: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to our Marketing & Communications Coordinator.
- Events & Networking: Support both internal and external events, and represent the firm at a diverse range of industry networking functions.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive, organised, and tactful communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with ease.
- 3-4 years proven experience in a broad marketing and communications role (professional services or property/construction ESSENTIAL).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
- The ability to draft high-standard internal and external communications with tact and diplomacy.
- A methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently when required.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues, management, and external clients.
- A quick learner who can grasp complex technical problems and make sound, data-driven recommendations.
