We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing & Communications, Business Development Project Manager to join our team on a critical 6-month fixed-term contract (potential for extension).
This is a hands-on implementation role critical to maintaining the momentum of our newly unified brand and driving revenue. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership to execute the national marketing strategy, focusing heavily on acquisition campaigns and business development to boost occupancy and revenue across our seven centres.
The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running, comfortable with strategic marketing implementation, and adept at translating complex data into compelling, actionable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the national marketing and business development approach to achieve sustainable growth goals outlined in the strategic plan
- Drive acquisition-focused campaigns (digital and traditional) and brand awareness across all seven centres
- Develop and implement strategies for private booking and conference business to increase revenue and occupancy targets
- Oversee the marketing launch of a recently commissioned national research report, including public relations, media engagement, and developing compelling content
- Manage content creation for all communications channels (website, eDM, social media, print), ensuring new brand consistency.
- Manage the annual budget and analyse data (Google Analytics, Meta) to inform and optimise implementation
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
- Provide regular financial and performance briefings to the CEO and leadership team
- Manage project plans and timelines to ensure the timely delivery of key initiatives
- Coordinate and support national events and event participation, which may require occasional domestic travel
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, communications and/or business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth
High technical competency in digital marketing (Meta, Google Analytics, WordPress) and content creation
Exceptional communication and writing skills, able to translate complex research/strategies into clear, engaging content.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and managing performance KPIs
Highly organised and strategic, able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines calmly

Work Pattern: 4 days per week
Location: On-site at Baulkham Hills, NSW
Contract: 6-month fixed-term, with a possibility of extension based on performance and organisational needs
Checks: A State-based Child Compliance Check (WWC) and National Criminal History Check are required
