About You:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience in a Clinical Care Manager or similar care management role within aged care
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a team
Comprehensive knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and accreditation processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about providing quality care to the elderly
Must have Australian working rights
