The Role
As the primary point of contact for retail banking customers, you will focus predominantly on live chat communication to provide a seamless service experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Problem Solving: Understanding client needs regarding financial products and providing effective solutions.
- Engagement: Using insightful questions to resolve queries via live chat and occasional phone support.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance best practice guides and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaboration: Directing complex queries to appropriate support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
