About the Role
As a Claims Consultant, your primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end claims process for home and motor losses. This role is the critical frontline support for customers during stressful times. It requires exceptional empathy, resilience, and the ability to manage high-volume calls while delivering compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage End-to-End Claims: Efficiently handle the full claims lifecycle for home and motor policies.
Customer Support: Engage with customers via high-volume calls, guiding them through the claims journey with clarity and care.
Complex Loss Resolution: Provide a high level of support for major losses (e.g., fire, flood), ensuring customers feel supported when they need it most.
Decision Making: Review, investigate, and make informed decisions on claims based on company policy and procedures.
Conflict Resolution: Utilize excellent communication skills to address, resolve, and mitigate conflicts or objections with empathy and professionalism.
Compliance: Ensure all claims actions adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in insurance claims or a high-volume contact centre environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated resilience and a positive attitude focused on delivering superior results.
Exceptional work ethic and a proven ability to be a collaborative team player.

Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
