About the role:
This is a dynamic, hands-on role working with road maintenance crews on key Local Government projects in the North/West suburbs of Melbourne. You will be an integral member of the team delivering essential road maintenance activities that keep local roads safe and smooth.
... You'll be working on a variety of tasks and assets, including:
- Operating specialised plant and equipment used for line marking and bitumen sprays.
- General manual handling tasks (shovelling, raking, sweeping, and heavy lifting)
- Prep road surfaces for asphalt and sealing.
- Making sure all work is completed safely, correctly, and to a high standard.
About you:
You are a reliable, physically fit, and highly adaptable individual who thrives in an outdoor team environment and always puts safety first.
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual work.
- A solid commitment to Work Health and Safety.
- Must hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Card) and Traffic Managment Ticket.
- Must have your own Driver's Licence.
