Randstad are currently partnering with a high-growth consultancy in Hobart that is seeking a Civil Engineering Leader, who can bridge the gap between complex design and high-performing team culture.
About the company
This company is driven by a clear mission: to deliver better engineering and better environments by being better together. As they enter an exciting phase of expansion, they need a leader who embodies this collaborative spirit to guide project delivery and mentor the next generation of Tasmanian engineers.
Culturally, they pride themselves on being a "people-first" organisation. They understand that the most innovative solutions come from a team that feels supported, heard, and empowered to lead.
As the Civil Engineering Lead, you will find an environment where collaboration is the default setting and where your growth is inextricably linked to the success of the projects you deliver. They are looking for a leader who shares this holistic view, someone who wants to build not just better roads and subdivisions, but a better, more connected engineering practice.

- Strategic Growth: Contributing to the firm’s evolution through process refinement and identifying new market opportunities.

Why This Role?
This is a chance to lead a team that values your input as much as your output. On offer is:

- Diverse Project Pipeline: Significant exposure across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Flexibility & Balance: A supportive environment that understands life happens outside the office.
