We’re looking for a hands-on Civil Asset Maintenance Overseer to manage contractor-led works, uphold compliance, and ensure the smooth delivery of civil asset maintenance programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspecting and supervising contractor works across restoration and maintenance projects.

• Managing contractor performance, resolving disputes, and reviewing completed work.

• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and workplace inspections.

• Responding to customer requests and overseeing compliance of asset restorations and traffic control plans.

• Liaising with utilities, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.

• Contributing to WHS, volunteer coordination, and environmental sustainability goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Trade qualification or Certificate IV in a relevant field.

• Extensive civil maintenance or infrastructure experience.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Class C Driver’s Licence (essential).
