We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive the delivery of a Workday transformation initiative. This is a 12-month fixed-term engagement based in Melbourne with an expected start late May/early June.
You will take ownership of the planning and delivery of business change activities across various project streams. You will conduct comprehensive impact assessments with key stakeholder groups while identifying and mitigating high-level risks and project obstacles.Your core responsibilities will include:

Evaluating change readiness and organisational impacts across diverse departments within a national professional services framework.
Designing and implementing change strategies that foster high levels of engagement, skill development, and long-term system adoption.
Collaborating with project managers, SMEs, and executive leadership to embed change management best practices into the delivery life-cycle.
Key skills
Experience in delivering change management for large-scale enterprise technology programs, with a strong preference for Workday experience.
Professional services background is highly desirable, showing an understanding of the nuances of this industry.
Advanced consulting capabilities, including the ability to influence stakeholders and build high-trust internal partnerships.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools or tech-enabled change methodologies, coupled with a curiosity for how these innovations can accelerate adoption.
A results-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for facilitating successful organisational transitions.
