- Change Strategy & Recommendation: Developing and recommending a comprehensive approach for managing multiple, concurrent streams of change across the Health program.
- Advisory Focus: Providing expert guidance, frameworks, and actionable recommendations on how to best conduct and manage the various organizational, process, and technology changes.
- Assessment: Reviewing the current program structure and change landscape to identify risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints related to change absorption.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Working with senior leaders to ensure alignment on the proposed change methodology and approach.
- Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Change Manager or Change Advisory role, specifically focused on setting strategy
- Experience managing complex, multifaceted change, including technology implementation, process redesign, and organizational structure transitions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Highly Desirable: Previous experience working within the Healthcare or Aged Care industry will be a significant advantage.
