Change and Communications Manager /Lead is currently required for an 18 months fixed term engagement. You will functionally report to the Program Change and Communication Manager / Lead and be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the change and communication strategy for all changes within ERP program. Your expertise will ensure that all stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and fully understand the impact of these transformations. Additionally, you will lead the Change and Communication within the Finance, Payroll or HR capability, ensuring effective execution through well-managed change and communication plans and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Program Change and Communication Lead to achieve program goals and ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
- Implement the Change and Communication Strategy, focusing on digital transformation and communication within the Finance and Payroll implementation.
- Manage change and communication deliverables for the ERP, including impact assessments, change design, and readiness assessments.
- Support cross-collaboration with other capability teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment of changes.
- Manage communication during unexpected situations or challenges, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the progress of the Digital Change and Communication strategy, providing leadership with status updates.
- Escalate key change and communication decisions with solution options to appropriate decision-makers and governance forums.
- Maintain open communication with leadership, team members, and key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and solution recommendations during the change process.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering change in large IT and Business transformation programs, with deep expertise in applications and ERPs.
- Proven ability to manage a team and leverage internal specialists and strategic partners.
- Extensive track record of successfully managing and implementing change across complex projects including Payroll, HR or financial projects.
