- Collaborate closely with the Program Change and Communication Lead to achieve program goals and ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
- Implement the Change and Communication Strategy, focusing on digital transformation and communication within the Finance and Payroll implementation.
- Manage change and communication deliverables for the Finance and Payroll capability, including impact assessments, change design, and readiness assessments.
- Lead and manage a team of change and communications managers to plan and execute change management for the finance and payroll program.
- Support cross-collaboration with other capability teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment of changes.
- Manage communication during unexpected situations or challenges, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the progress of the Digital Change and Communication strategy, providing leadership with status updates.
- Identify and mitigate potential resistance to change within Finance and Payroll.
- Assess and manage risks and impacts for Finance and Payroll changes, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Escalate key change and communication decisions with solution options to appropriate decision-makers and governance forums.
- Maintain open communication with leadership, team members, and key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and solution recommendations during the change process.
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering change in large IT and Business transformation programs, with deep expertise in applications and ERPs.
- Proven ability to manage a team and leverage internal specialists and strategic partners.
- Extensive track record of successfully managing and implementing change across complex projects including Payroll or financial projects.
