A highly-regarded exceeding childcare centre in North Ryde is seeking full-time Certificate III and Diploma educators to join their team. The service caters up to 98 children per day from the age of 6 weeks to 5 years. They have a close relationships with the community and families, with nurturing and respectful environment, highlighting the centre's dedication to providing high-quality education and care.
The Role
As a Certificate III or Diploma educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and working alongside team of educators in the toddlers or preschool room to implement programming leading to successful learning outcomes for the children
- Communicating positively with the children and families
- Being reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals
- Providing high-quality care and education for children age 2-5 years
- Implementing education and care programs that meet the holistic needs of the individual child as part of a community
- Ensuring a trusting relationship is developed with families through regular, honest and open communication regarding the care of their child
- Having sound knowledge of current child care practices, the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework

About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- Food Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
- Understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Australian unrestricted working rights
- Prior experience in childcare
- Be reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic
