A highly-regarded exceeding childcare centre in North Ryde is seeking full-time Diploma/ECT Centre Director to join their team. The service caters up to 98 children per day from the age of 6 weeks to 5 years. They have a close relationships with the community and families, with nurturing and respectful environment, highlighting the centre's dedication to providing high-quality education and care.
The Role
As Centre Director of the service, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Being responsible for the daily management and administration of the service
- Motivating, supporting and working in partnership with the Assistant Director, Educational Leader and all educators, driving them to excel as they deliver care and educational programs to children
- Overseeing the centre curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Driving quality in practices in line with the National Quality Standards
- Understanding of and experience with the RIE philosophy, with a strong drive to implement and model it consistently
- Passionate about fostering respectful, inclusive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
- Brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a growth mindset to every aspect of the role

About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Diploma or Bachelors or working towards Bachelors in Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved qualification
- Solid understanding of contemporary child safe practices
- Prior experience as a Centre Director with strong senior leadership experience
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, as well as Child Protection training
- Australian unrestricted working rights
- Be reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic
