A highly-regarded childcare centre located in Sydney's Inner West is seeking full-time Diploma/ECT Centre Director to join their team. The service caters up to 48 children per day from the age of 6 weeks to 5 years. They have a close relationships with the community and families, with nurturing and respectful environment, highlighting the centre's dedication to providing high-quality education and care and their committment to promoting the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.

The Role
As Centre Director of the service, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Being responsible for the daily management and administration of the service
• Motivating, supporting and working in partnership with the Assistant Director, Educational Leader and all educators, driving them to excel as they deliver care and educational programs to children
• Overseeing the centre curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
• Driving quality in practices in line with the National Quality Standards
• Understanding of and experience with the RIE philosophy, with a strong drive to implement and model it consistently
• Passionate about fostering respectful, inclusive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
• Brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a growth mindset to every aspect of the role

About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:

• Diploma or Bachelors or working towards Bachelors in Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved qualification
• Solid understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Prior experience as a Centre Director with strong senior leadership experience
• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, as well as Child Protection training
• Australian unrestricted working rights
• Be reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic
