• Managing end-to-end procurement processes across goods, services, and consultancy engagements
• Developing procurement documentation including sourcing strategies, RFQs, RFPs, and contract terms
• Coordinating and supporting tender evaluation panels, including preparation of evaluation criteria, documentation, and compliance checks
• Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement outcomes
• Ensuring adherence to government procurement frameworks, policies, and probity requirements
• Contributing to procurement reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
✔ Experience as a Procurement Specialist within government or public sector environments
✔ Solid understanding of public sector procurement legislation and frameworks
✔ Demonstrated experience in tender evaluation processes and panel coordination
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
✔ Able to work autonomously and deliver to tight timeframes
