At Randstad, we believe in the power of people. We are proud to partner with one of Victoria’s most respected, values-driven Not-For-Profit aged care providers. This isn’t just a management role; it’s an opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team and champion a culture where dignity, compassion, and community are at the heart of everything.
As the Care Manager, you will be the clinical heartbeat of the facility. You will move beyond just "managing" to become a mentor, a strategist, and a resident advocate. You will guide your team of RNs, ENs, and PCWs to deliver person-centered care that allows older Australians to live life on their own terms.
Your Impact:
Clinical Leadership: Use your expertise as a Registered Nurse to uphold best-practice standards and ensure clinical excellence.
Team Empowerment: Supervise and mentor a diverse nursing and care team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Operational Excellence: Oversee care allocation, budgeting, and resource management to ensure the facility thrives.
Culture Building: Lead by example to create a workplace where innovation is welcomed and residents "live life as they choose."
You are a seasoned clinician with a heart for leadership. You understand that great care is built on strong systems and even stronger relationships.
Registration: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Bachelor of Nursing).
Experience: A minimum of 5 years within the Australian Residential Aged Care sector.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the AN-ACC funding model.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage clinical teams and a desire to participate in accreditation processes.
Compliance: A current National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).
Our client values the incredible work their staff do. In exchange for your dedication, you will receive:
Industry-Leading Pay: Competitive remuneration including the 15% Aged Care Work Value increase.
Tax Savings: Massive boosts to your take-home pay via Not-For-Profit salary packaging.
Stability & Growth: Long-term job security in an essential industry with clear pathways for executive leadership.
