Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Director to join our aged care facility in beautiful regional Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering quality care while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations in a large aged care home, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement care plans, tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident wellbeing and outcomes.
- Manage clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must hold current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Care Manager role or equivalent in large aged care homes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
