This is a fast-paced call centre position where you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that prides itself on efficiency and top-tier service.

Contract Duration: Immediate start until 29th May. (Some potential to extend)
Location: 100% Office-based no flexibility (CBD location – close to public transport).
Hours: Rotating roster between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, (7.6 hour days Monday to Friday.)
Handling high-volume inbound calls with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately.
Updating database records and performing light administrative duties.
Meeting internal KPIs for call quality and handling times.
Availability: You must be able to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract (until May 29th).
Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or financial services environment is highly regarded.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to navigate multiple screens and software systems simultaneously.
Reliability: You are punctual and thrive in a structured roster environment.
Prime Location: Work in the heart of the CBD with easy access to shops, cafes, and trains.
