About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Technology Solutions Partner who will act as the critical bridge between business leadership and technology delivery. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Finance and People & Culture functions, guiding major enterprise platform decisions and ensuring technology investments align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
What you’ll be responsible for:
... Evaluate solution options for large-scale enterprise platforms, balancing cost, risk and value to deliver business outcomes.
Lead vendor assessments, contractual negotiations and commercial reviews to maximise value and minimise risk.
Provide governance, solution direction and oversight across major technology programmes and initiatives.
Support demand management, prioritisation and financial analysis across technology and business portfolios.
Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language so decision-makers understand the impact, cost and value.
Build trusted relationships and influence across stakeholder groups including senior executives, business leads and technology teams.
What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience in technology consulting, business analysis or technology partnering, ideally within enterprise systems or large-scale transformation projects.
A proven track record in vendor evaluation, contract assessment, commercial negotiation and delivering value from technology investments.
Strong financial acumen – comfortable with spend analysis, ROI modelling and aligning budgets with strategic initiatives.
Experience working with enterprise platforms (for example: HRIS/Workday, ITSM/ServiceNow, Atlassian, or other corporate systems).
Delivery experience across the full lifecycle – from requirements and vendor selection through to implementation and optimisation.
Significant exposure working with Finance and People & Culture functions (or equivalent corporate business functions) in a senior capacity.
