Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Strategy and modelling: Developing and owning reporting repositories, such as Power BI and creating predictive models to assist management.
• Pricing Management: Leading the TasTAFE pricing process and TasTAFE Pricing and Fees Policy.
• Statutory Compliance: Managing all data requests and submissions to funding agencies and statutory bodies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working across the organisation to meet information requirements and providing training in data and reporting.
• Team Leadership: Managing a team of Data and Pricing professionals and driving a performance culture.

About You

• Data Storytelling: The ability to tell compelling stories with data to senior executives to support decision making.
• Experience: Considerable expertise in driving continuous improvement within data or technology operations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability in people management and fostering a high performing, results orientated team culture.
• Communication: The ability to work with stakeholders of varying levels of data and financial literacy.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Data Science, Finance, or a similar discipline.

Requirements

• Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People in Tasmania or the ability to obtain.
• Relevant qualifications are required for this role.
