This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the way in planning, requirement gathering, and solution design as they replace a major Internet Protocol Remote Telemetry (IPRT) contract.
... What You Will Do:
- Act as the primary liaison between the business, SMEs, and Telcos to gather, analyse, and validate project requirements.
- Analyse the current state of the IPRT contract and its impact on network hardware, connection methods, and support mechanisms.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to define business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in solution design and ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify risks and opportunities that may influence the project’s success.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst on complex technical or infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation and contribute to solution validation.
- Experience interpreting telecommunications contracts and assessing their impact on service delivery and technical design.
