Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for cutting-edge digital solutions? We're partnering with a prominent public sector organisation in Brisbane to find an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in implementing a new Virtual Assistant/Chatbot solution to enhance online customer services.
What you'll be doing:
As a core member of the project team, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Virtual Assist/ChatBot Project as part of a significant customer and digital program. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Capturing comprehensive business requirements for the Chatbot.
- Designing intuitive and effective dialogue/conversational flows.
- Providing essential support for testing phases.
- Assisting with backlog development to ensure project progression.
This role will initially focus on Phase 1: Virtual Assistant/ChatBot engagement on the website's online services section and within forms. There's also potential for subsequent phases, including an interaction tracker for customer insights and a Co-Pilot virtual assistant to support contact centre agents.
What you'll bring:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in capturing business requirements for chatbots (desirable)
- Proven ability in dialogue/conversational design (desirable)
- Experience providing support for testing activities.
- Familiarity with backlog development.
