Based in the Melbourne CBD office, you will work closely with experienced brokers, helping them with everything from preparing loan applications and collecting essential documents to liaising with clients and lenders. Key Responsibilities
Application Management: Prepare and package residential and commercial loan applications for submission.
Document Collection: Liaise with clients to gather and verify all necessary financial documentation, including payslips, tax returns, and bank statements.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, lenders, and referral partners, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the loan process.
Analysis and Research: Conduct detailed loan comparisons, borrowing capacity assessments, and basic scenario analysis to support broker recommendations.
Compliance Support: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation.
Administrative Support: Manage correspondence and administrative tasks to maintain a high level of efficiency.
