Your New Role
Reporting directly to our National Service Manager and General Manager known for their positive, transparent, and supportive leadership, you'll be an integral part of a wider professional team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the service team to achieve optimal productivity and performance.
- Taking ownership of the Service department's daily activities and overall performance.
- Ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards.
- Driving the team to maintain a strong customer service focus with a "fix it right the first time" attitude.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
