The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers and stakeholders, you will play a vital role in supporting frontline service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Phone Coverage: Act as the face and voice of the office, managing incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- Enquiry Management: Efficiently handle and direct enquiries from various stakeholders.
- Data & Records: Maintain accuracy through diligent data entry and record-keeping.
- General Support: Provide high-quality administrative assistance to ensure the work area operates effectively.
