We are partnering with a highly respected national law firm to recruit a Workers’ Compensation Lawyer to join their top-tier statutory insurance team.

Key Details:

• Title: Workers’ Compensation Lawyer

• Location: Sydney or Newcastle (hybrid working environment)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience

• Team: Statutory Insurance – Workers’ Compensation (NSW)

• Structure: Work closely with partners and legal professionals across both locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of workers’ compensation matters

• Advise clients on personal injury claims and NSW statutory frameworks

• Draft clear and concise legal advice and correspondence

• Collaborate with a high-performing team across Sydney and Newcastle

• Contribute to a supportive team culture with clear pathways for progression

About You:

• Admitted to practice in NSW with a current practising certificate

• Minimum 2 years’ PAE, with experience in personal injury – ideally workers’ compensation

• Strong legal writing and communication skills with attention to detail

• A team player who values mentorship, collaboration, and career development
