We are seeking a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the team and help drive clinical excellence.
About the Role
Working in conjunction with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care during business hours.
This role is ideal for a skilled clinician who thrives on leadership, operational management, and maintaining high standards of contemporary care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight: Monitor the provision of clinical care to ensure it is consistent with organisational policies and procedures.
Unit Management: Take responsibility for the overall management of the unit—including the Urgent Care Centre—in the absence of the NUM during business hours.
Quality Care: Drive and support the delivery of high-quality, contemporary, and person-centred care across the service.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated clinical skill and the ability to monitor high standards of care.
Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing unit operations.
