A highly-regarded exceeding childcare centre in North Ryde is seeking full-time Assistant Director and/or Educational Leader to join their team. The service caters up to 98 children per day from the age of 6 weeks to 5 years. They have a close relationships with the community and families, with nurturing and respectful environment, highlighting the centre's dedication to providing high-quality education and care.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating an inclusive perspective and maintains a consistently positive, collaborative approach within team environments
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptable and willing to take on a dynamic leadership position that includes both classroom engagement and operational duties
- Genuine interest in or experience with the RIE philosophy, paired with a strong commitment to authentically model and embed its principles in everyday practice
- Confident in leading and supporting the integration of contemporary, evidence-based pedagogy and creative, child-centred learning programs

About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved qualification
- Solid understanding of contemporary child safe practices
- Prior experience as a Centre Director with strong senior leadership experience
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, as well as Child Protection training
- Australian unrestricted working rights
- Be reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic
