About the Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial supporting role in the day-to-day financial operations. This position is ideal for someone who has already gained some practical experience in an accounting or finance support role and is eager to expand their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assisting with payroll processing and associated reconciliations.
• Preparing financial reports and data analysis as required.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the finance department.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in an accounting support, accounts clerk, or similar finance-related role.
• A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Requirement:
