We're looking for people with experience in:
Operating asphalt machinery (pavers, rollers, profilers, etc.)
Raking, shoveling, and hand-laying asphalt
Road prep and site clean-up
Working as part of a fast-paced crew
To be successful, you will need:
Proven experience in asphalt or road construction
A White Card, Asbestos and Silica
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, night/day shift, and travel as required
Safety-first attitude and solid work ethic
Bonus if you have:
HR or MR licence
VOCs or plant tickets (roller, skid steer, etc.)
Traffic Control tickets (TMI, TMA, etc.
