Randstad have partnered with a reputable State Government Department and are seeking project administration candidates to commence immediately to assist in their team.
The successful candidates will have a proven track record in project administration support, high analytical and organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work.
... - Exciting State Government opportunity with a dynamic work environment
- Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Above market pay rates
Duties of the role include the following:
- Provide support in project management and administration tasks
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates to all relevant parties
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and protocols to facilitate coordinated information flow to and from the Division and the preparation of coordinated responses.
- Contribute to the identification, review and development of new or enhanced procedures that support continual quality improvement and cost efficiency in a range of administrative and governance practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project activities
Requirements:
- High level skills in oral and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
- National Police Clearance (NPC) is MANDATORY to be considered for this role.
- Ability in coordinating teams with demanding or complex workloads, organise work commitments, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure and to work effectively with limited supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills, with proven ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base, negotiate successful outcomes in an innovative and resourceful manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of professional competence and an ethical approach
